If a company interviews 300+ people, then sends out a rejection list that you are not on, does that mean they are moving forward with those not on the list?
Anyone have experience with this? Some of the colleagues I have had jobs from this employer start to trickle in but I haven’t gotten a call yet and I’ve been keeping in touch with the recruiter. My interview status has changed, and I was hoping at that time if they weren’t interested they would tell me no already. Good sign, or don’t get my hopes up?
