I seek help in searching for monetary security online

To put it in simpler terms, I'm under a circumstance where we have Wi-Fi but no car and because of COVID, it seems hiring jobs are few and far between. I seek security because while my parents are alive and in fair condition, I'm worried that something bad will happen to them and I have no financial security. Which is why I seek online jobs where I can make money online. Thing is is that my education is limited (high school graduate and has done some college), therefore I'm kinda limited on what to do online. I was thinking of something web related, but I need to know how people make money online. Is there anyone here who works online? How do you stay in financial security? How do you get by in life?
