I need to get good references

I am a 20 year old girl, who struggles with ADHD tendencies such as impulsivity or inattention, and I currently have nobody who will say anything nice about me. I was a crazy bitch in high school that pissed off all the teachers, and I was a messy employee in my most recent jobs. I've only started really working this year, and I keep messing things up. I am starting to feel as if I am unemployable.

I started taking medication and seeing a therapist, but I am scared that I already ruined my chances. How do I change my act and become reliable and responsible? Where should I go to find references?
