I feel like I lost out on opportunities because of not being productive in college and from lack of information

So I'm graduating next may with a bachelor's in business management. Problem is that I have a 2.5ish gpa right now and i was told by a friend that I had missed "recruiting season" this past fall. I literally had no idea I was supposed to be finding a job and didn't even know I could get a job before I graduated? So I don't know what I'm supposed to do now or what I can do. I admit I dont know much about college at all. Literally I just found out a month ago about these things:

-Our college has a career fair and I've never been. I was supposed to meet people and connect with them but I never did because I didn't know I had to. Recruiting season for business majors is usually in the fall is what I found out.

-I didn't know having a higher gpa mattered that much but I was told that it should be 3.0+

-Didn't know that I could apply to jobs before i graduated. I thought you could only find jobs after graduating.

-Because i didn't know we could apply to jobs now I didn't know I had to have a resume ready. My friend looked it over and told me my resume was very bad. Never really had to write one and now im getting help from my school's career services.

-Was also told that I should have certain things on my resume and I now found out that I should have relevant experience in my major. I never got internships because I didn't think I needed to and I've never really worked besides one 3 month job as a sales associate. I did volunteer a lot the past few years.

I downloaded a gpa calculator app and even if i work really hard I'm looking at most a 2.9ish and that's only if I get all A's my last 2 semesters.

Is it even possible for me to find a job? If I can how do I do it? Sorry if I'm asking bad questions. I'm really lost and scared right now.
