Never had a job, no qualifications or other experience to speak of, I can only do work from home/my laptop. How do I get started?

The title is pretty self-explanatory. I have NO previous work experience. Nothing to list on a resume that could make me stand out, unless there's an employer who happens to care about my GPA.

If it's worth mentioning, I really enjoy planning and organizing, crunching numbers, monotonous work like that. I'm majoring in economics but again, beyond the classes I've already taken, I don't think I have much applicable knowledge.

Can anyone recommend ways to get experience working remotely, certifications I could get online (preferably more versatile) that employers might want? Basically I don't want something to aim for, I want a starting point.
