How can I send a thank-you note without contact information of interviewers? Should I message them on Linkedin?

So on Friday afternoon I had a final interview (virtually) with three members of the team I will be working for, this was scheduled through the recruiting coordinator. I wanted to send a thank you letter but their email or work contact information was not provided to me. At this point I know it might be late, but would it be okay to ask the recruiting coordinator for their emails? Or can I find them on linkedin and message them through there? I don't want to appear stalkerish if I went through that method though. Or should I just let it go.
