Help with a job title

I'm working on a resume and I've worked on a farm for a few years doing general labor (planting, picking, cutting grass, driving tractor, forklift, performing vehicle maintenance on machinery), computer it (computer system upgrade, configuration, maintenance, network management) accounting ( calculating payments for other employees, paying employees, organizing sales receipts , managing employee hours)

Since I feel like I wore many hats in this position I'm unsure what I'd even lable myself as.
