Guys I am being discriminated against and don’t know what to do

I am a young woman. I recently started working for a company part time. I started picking up hours, and got sent home for “overtime” I usually get 24 hours a week. I asked when these hours would increase and the manager told me it was by seniority. An older male just got hired for this company with lesser credibility in the industry than I do, and it now working 10 more hours a week than me even though I’ve been there longer. I am being discriminated against for age and gender, Is there anything I can do about this?
