Got a job offer, but don't know if I made a mistake??

After months of looking for a job post graduation (Master of Public Health), I FINALLY got an offer from a Healthcare provider.

For context, prior to this I was feeling fairly stressed/depressed, desperately looking for work in an economy that has been rocked by COVID. So, when I got the call I said yes right away, and accepted the wage they offered. This was all over the phone btw, and a formal offer letter is on its way.

I KNOW I could have tried to make a case for more than what they offered. The posting requires only undergraduate experience, and I had planned to use my Master's as leverage for a higher salary. But in the moment I was just a pure yes man because I was just so fricken stoked to FINALLY get an offer.

Now I'm looking at salary averages for Project Coordinators on Glassdoor, and see that I'm on the low, low end of the pay scale. Any advice on if there's any way I can rectify this? Or do I just bite the bullet and be thankful that I've finally gotten a job??

TLDR: Desperately searched for a job for months, got depressed when nothing worked out. Finally got an offer, and said yes to everything, including the low pay because I was so stoked in the moment. Now I'm unsure if there's anything I can do to boost my pay before signing a formal offer letter without looking like an asshole. Also, I 100% realize I might just have to just take the job and count my wins. Advice??
