How long till call back?

Quick question: I got a job offer through my brother at his company. It got pushed through up to the higher ups and the regional manager called me late tuesday afternoon saying they are really interested in talking to me. I left a message wednesday afternoon getting back to them about it. Now Friday I have yet to hear back from them.

Is this a bad sign?
