Cutting my nails for second interview?

I applied for Dick’s Drive-In two months ago. It was a brief interview, because they were gathering backup future employees since they were already filled.

The manager made notice of my long nails, and asked if it’s ok my nails are cut short for the job, and I said yes.

I finally received a call today, and I’ll be having my second interview for the actual conclusion of my job status tomorrow.

I want to keep my nails as long as I can until I can’t. Would keeping them long at the second interview leave a bad impression?
