Company recruiter completely unresponsive?

After well over a 100+ applications, I was fortunate enough to receive an email request for a phone interview asking for my availability. However, the recruiter who sent the initial email has been COMPLETELY unresponsive afterwards. No replies to my emails requesting a confirmation for times, no initial phone calls, nothing. I'm just sitting here scratching my head wondering why they would even reach out to me if they are not even going to bother confirming a phone interview time. So yeah, I'm having a grand ol' time with the job search.
