Companies with unique approach

Hello, i have to prepare an essay about work culture, process etc but i really struggle to find contrast company to Amazon. Like every hiring process is the same, they send resume/application, they are invited to interview, participating in assessment centres and they get offer. Its so boring and cannot find anything. Google, Microsoft, apple, amazon, nike all follow the same process (the only exception i could find was zappa, but it was minor as they come back to paper and typical interview process. Do you have any ideas which companies can use different and more unique hiring profess than standard test, 1-2-1 and problem solving etc. Thanks :)
