Changing junior roles, then grad school - Too many job changes in too short a timeframe?

I graduated this year and quickly got a junior marketing role in my hometown. I’ve been in it now for three months, but I don’t care for the job (it’s alright) and it’s not quite the role I want. I got it in the midst of COVID where it was a take-what-i-can-get scenario. It’s also keeping me in my hometown where I’m literally miserable.

I’ve just been offered a great junior position at a great company in the city I used to go to college - so I have lots of friends there. It’s also a leading company in my industry.

But… I’ll also be starting grad school in September 2021 away from both cities.

So - do I stick out the first, shitty job and then go to grad school because it’s better to have worked in one place for a year? Do I put my happiness first and take the second job (but risk pissing off both employers because I’d only have been working in each a handful of months before I go to grad school). Is having 2 jobs for 6 months when you’re just starting out still a red flag? Just need someone to tell me what to do. I know logically the best move is to stay in my current role, but I feel like I’m settling just for the first thing that came along that a) pays like crap b) isn’t what I even want to be doing and c) is located in a city that’s terrible for my mental health. But if I leave it, I risk pissing off ALL my employers.
