Best job sites to find cross country job?

Hello! My fiancée and I are looking to move from Seattle to North Carolina for her to be closer to family and I need some help on where to start looking for jobs. I am a Supervisor in the Court system so I have a ton of experience with office management and high-stress situations. I’m looking to make close to what I make now (62,000 per year), what are the best job sites to look at or even companies to work for near the Charlotte area or Greensboro area?
