I just had my SECOND experience in the span of the last six months of being let go right before completing my probation period in a new job...what gives? Are employers doing this to save money? Are they not feeling my vibe? I have over 20 years of work history and NEVER have I ever not been kept for job until now. Is this a new thing probably caused because of Covid?
