At the end of my 2nd interview the hiring manager gave me an invite to connect on LinkedIn. Is this a good sign?

My phone screen went well so I did a 2nd interview. Hiring manager said to me they'll let me know today or next week my status as they wanna wrap hiring up for incoming holidays.

He gave me his LinkedIn before the interview ended, and we connected. Is this a good sign? He was never bored during the zoom interview and when Id answer the questions he'd say "thats a great answer:" .
