Am I getting Finessed? (part time v full time)

I hope this is the right place to ask this.

I have been working at this place for two months as a part time employee. However, I just found out everyone else in my department (3 others w same jobs) is considered full time despite me working the most hours (24 vs 32 or so).

Based off this alone I feel as though I should be full time.

This next part is speculation. I’m always scheduled for 31 hours despite actually working 32. Looking online it said you’re usually considered part time if you work 32 hours or more each week. My boss has the power to edit my hours so I fear he may be cutting an hour so that I’m considered part time.

Please give me advice and let me know what you think. I am willing to answer any questions.
