Am I applying for jobs wrong?

So when I look for jobs I use LinkedIn or if I think of a company I'll write it down then apply on their website or where ever the company says to apply. I graduated in may and so far no luck I think I'm near 1000 applications since then probably more since I really started in August.

For a while I tried monster, zip-recruiter, and indeed. But it seemed places like that or any other job board was a waste of time or the jobs were really bad.

I had my resume reviewed and edited but that only somewhat helped. I think I have done 2 final interviews since march.

Is their anything else I need to do I'll add my community college and University then I leave off my University GPA since it was way lower then my community GPA which was 3.61.
