Would I get a job with this degree?

I’m a second year student at a university in California. I’ve recently been thinking of doing a complete flip with my career and was thinking if I would be able to get a job/have a good career with a Cognitive Science Degree (BS) and Statistics minor. I would be taking some courses related to AI/Data Science with this major choice.

Is this employable or should I focus on something else? I’m not at a top CS school like Berk, so I don’t know what my chances are at getting a good job at an average company.
