Working at a new place close to a month, pay is good, but it's killing me softly and management is... well, not the best.
Hello, first time posting (also I apologize for the copy paste), but I'll try to keep it simple and explain the title. So I'm 26, I've been working at this new job for close to a month now, and the pay is somewhat decent considering my experience. But the problem is my health, I was told not to work in this industry various times in the past by physicians due to my back (several compressed/bulging discs and spinal cord issues) amongst other health issues. Adding to that, management has already writtened me off two times, one of those in particular was because of a lack of instruction, as is the case for many other work mates over there who confirmed that it is a common thing. There are some other issues with the way things are done there, but it's a sonewhat big corporate thing, and being the new guy, I very highly doubt that I can impact any improvement in any other way. Now I would love to work somewhere else that I can at least have a pay to subsist on and won't be THAT detrimental to my health, but unfortunately not many places give me a chance, considering my resume is entirely in this industry. And if I don't submit a resume during an application it just reduces my chances even more! I do apologize if this subreddit is the wrong place to ask for advice, but quite honestly I'm running out of leads or tips to help me move forward. Any chance someone can advice me or give me some tips?
