What should I put for "Are you Hispanic/Latino?"

So, I'm equal parts Mexican, Iranian, German, and Spanish. Every job I apply to it seems like I'm asked if I'm Hispanic/Latino OR "Multi-racial, Not Hispanic/Latino."

I identify as a multi-racial person, but I'm definitely Latino. A conundrum.

Tell me bluntly -- will choosing Hispanic/Latino help me or hurt me? I'm desperate for a new job so I don't mind being someone's diversity checklist, but I also know folks are racist.

Any advice would be helpful.
