I'm asking for my wife.
A few months ago, she was employed as a librarian at a local elementary school. She loves her job. However, she was recently told, by her employer, that they have yet to receive her official transcripts from her university.
Long story short, she graduated in May of 2019, but she still has a financial hold on her account (who doesn't nowadays), so the university will not release her official transcripts to her employer. Don't worry, she didn't just graduate and leave her financial balance unattended; both she and her parents have been paying it monthly. However, the university stated that it needs to be paid in full, and it's a decent chunk of money (in the thousands).
This has caused her a great deal of stress since she is the one bringing in the money while I'm in school. She's afraid of losing this job.
My main question: is there another way that she can prove her bachelor's degree to her employer?
