Missed a call from the hiring manager

Hi,

So 3 weeks after my interview the hiring manager finally called me today at (4:40pm) but I missed the call. The manager emailed me saying to call back when I get a chance.

I called back at 6:20 but the manager was not available to pick up. I emailed him apologizing for missing the call and told him to call me back anytime because I have my phone on me now.

I haven’t heard back today (which makes sense because it’s 7pm now) but what should I do for tomorrow?

1) Do nothing and wait till 4pm and then call

2) Email at 8am asking for a appropriate time to call back

3) Call in the morning at 10am

I am most inclined towards option 3.
