Middle management job interview preparation?

I will be getting an interview to be a middle manager early next week. Last time I did an interview I struggled with questions like, how to deal with an uncooperative employee and give an example. I don't have any management experience. Are there any good resources for preparing for a job interview specifically for a manager from someone that would be the first time? I work in insurance. I most likely won't get the job because it will go to someone with management experience already or the district boss I am sure already has the position filled in her mind. I just want to make sure that If they do pass on me it isn't going to be because I stumbled on the interview if that makes sense.
