Hireright residence check

I've been in a different country for a long time before coming here (USA) so I'm wondering if hireright would check even the residence in a different country. I'm not 100 percent sure about the date when I moved residence in the other country so the dates might not be correct. Does anyone know if they do? Thanks in advance.
