Hierarchy

Is it a bad thing when you have 6 or so interviews with different levels of management (considered a small company still) and the process lasts 1.5 months

Now I got another good offer and gave them a day to follow up by. They’re still waiting on a certain approval and will have to let me know a day past the deadline I needed...

Is this a bad sign that decisions are very hard to make and things don’t move smoothly in there?

I was impressed at first with the company but now I’m depressed. Still waiting. And every time they say just a bit longer... almost there now.... I didn’t know at the start just to be clear how long this is
