Should I tell my supervisors about my recent situations?

Hi, I am an international student in Australia and I just graduated from a Master of Accounting program. Early this year, I received an offer from KPMG. I will start working in the mid-Feb. 2020. Now HR from the headquarter has been in contact with me. I am also preparing for the materials of my working visa application and PR application.

So, my question is should I send an email to my senior manager and director who gave me the interview, telling me how I am doing recently regarding the visa application and other plans?
