Same job listed three times, one reposted?

Applied for a job at a local university. There were three duplicate postings. I interviewed for all three in one interview.

I go back to job searching and think I see a 4th one, but turns out it's one I already submitted. I go back through the university application system, and it appears they only reposted one of the three.

Should I be worried? They only listed this job for a week last month (all the same week), and they're only listing one. Could that mean I have one of the two not posted and that they're waiting for all three to maybe train all three at once?

The other two aren't filled. They just say "sent to hiring manager for review."
