Need advice on resume.. Should I add retail experience?

As for many COVID has hit hard, I was laid off back in the spring from my office job. I just recently started a retail job part time to at least have some mental stimulation. Now I'm in the thick of my job search, and unsure how to add this retail experience. I'm also feeling self-concisous of having a retail job after having a stable salary in office position. I'm looking at recruiting/ project management jobs. I'm not sure if I should add it or leave it off. Thanks for the advice!
