Medical Assessment Test/ Screening

For the drug screening test. Would anyone know how many days you should not take certain supplements prior to the test? I do take allergy medicine for my sinus and that item can possibly lead to a false positive result from what I've read. To avoid the false positive result, how many days or hours should i avoid taking the item since I do need them for my sinus congestion. Its too unbearable to not take it for a few days. :(
