Just landed a full time Customer Support role what can I do to best utilize my team with the company to progress into a different role.

I just landed my first fulltime job and want to know what I can do to best utilize my time to either get promoted or find another role. I've been thinking of maybe going the supervisor, manager route but I also want to challenge myself and go into something like corporate trainer/teaching. Any career path ideas and what I can do to get there?
