I need a job, but I am honestly not sure why anyone would hire me.

Hi guys. This might be a long one, but the TL;DR is that I really need help figuring out how to spin my situation when on paper, there is no real reason for the type of employer I'm looking for to be interested in me.

So I'm 26f, graduated with a BFA in graphic design in 2017, and have essentially no work experience except for a scattering of retail and babysitting jobs. I didn't even do any internships or anything while in college because frankly I just couldn't handle it; I have pretty severe ADHD that wasn't diagnosed until I was 21 and it was all I could do to drag myself through school. My husband was in the military until this January. Immediately after I graduated, we got moved to an area where there's a lot of military contractors (mostly aviation and research/development) and a lot of cornfields, but not much else. I tried for a while to find a job, but I was still struggling with mental health issues, and there's not much in the design field up here, even less entry level, so eventually, as I mentioned, I ended up working in retail for about a year and then doing some odd childcare jobs. I also volunteer and foster kittens for a local animal rescue, but I'm not in any kind of leadership position or anything.

All of this brings us to now: my husband is out of the military and found a good position with one of the aforementioned contractors, plus we own our house here and are in the process of some renovations, so we've decided to stay in the area for the foreseeable future. I was most recently babysitting for some friends while their daycare was closed due to the pandemic, but now they no longer need me, and I seriously need to find a "big kid" job. At this point, I'm not picky about the field, I'm just looking for a 9 to 5 (or the closest thing that still exists) that maybe has some long-term growth potential. But I obviously understand that I am not most recruiters' ideal candidate, and I'm not even sure what I'm really qualified for. What kind of jobs do I realistically have a shot at? What can I tell employers I bring to the table? How much of my personal situation do I even try to address in a cover letter or an interview, and how do I present it in a slightly more positive light than, "I've basically been floating for 3 years?"
