How valuable is Indeed for applying to jobs in 2020? I exclusively use LinkedIn or the companies websites.
Despite how puke-tastic the shilling LinkedIn feed posts are, I still can't help but wonder why I would use Indeed.
LinkedIn allows recruiters to directly reach out to my tailor made profile that better allows customization and presentation of my skills and experience.
And your profile picture. Let's be real, the facts say if you're good looking, your odds increase of getting a job. It shouldn't be that way, but it is.
Should I still be applying through LinkedIn, the company website, and Indeed? Or has Indeed pretty much been abandoned by most job seekers?
I get a fair amount of recruiter inmails sent to me via LinkedIn, and reaching out to recruiters directly on LinkedIn has gotten me on their radar.
Indeed still just feels like spraying and praying.
