So im 18 and from England, and I've had ADHD since i was a kid. Ive always really struggled to focus in school/education in general, and therefor didn't do to great in GCSE's or college. My best was a b in English and then all c's and below, and then in college, i barely scraped a passing grade on my IT course and left after my first year with a pass/foundation degree. I didn't really enjoy that course which is why i think IT is off the table, but i really have no idea what i want to do in the future. if i love something i can stick to it and 8 hours can feel like 2. I love video games and streaming but the chance of becoming a streamer is minuscule so id rather have a secure career path, but as i mentioned, i really struggle to focus if i don't love what I'm doing. I don't really even know where to start now. I work a basic job doing knight shifts as a production operative in a factory but i despise it and people aren't very nice then, I've nearly completed my 3 months and then i plan to leave. I don't really know where to start and i don't know if i only didn't enjoy IT because of the college course as it was very basic databases on access and a tiny bit of programming. A problem I've always found with education is you go over something for 1 lesson and that's it where i need to go over it many times to stick in my brain. Im just wondering if anyone been in a similar situation and found a way out or just any advice in general.
