So I joined a pretty shit hedge fund before the quarantine, the culture there is really toxic, and people there hate me. I also hate the people that work there. But my resume lacks some experience and I don't know if I should put this company in my resume. I already have a short 6 month internship, and that looks bad, but I got a recommendation letter from my boss. Then I went to create my own business for one year and I put that on my resume. I could still say that I'm still working on my business. It's been like 8 months that I'm in this hedge fund. And a lot of the jobs that I'm applying it's the last year I can apply because it's for a especific position after college.
Should I put this shit hedge fund on my resume? Cuz it does look I'm a job hopper with 6months and 8 months on resume.
