Live at home or move and take job offer?

I’m 22F currently living with my parents making $40k at a job that’s easy, but really boring and I don’t see a career in. My parents don’t mind me living with them and I don’t mind living with them.

I recently got a sales job offer that would require me to move 1 hour away making $40k base+ whatever commission I make (they said in your 1st year you make around $50k), but I could see myself making a career out of it.

Would you stay at home to save money or take new job and move? Do you wish you would’ve stayed home longer? Or am I being a moocher?
