I moved to a new area for a new job. After being at my new job for 3 months, my employer tells me how great I am doing, but someone else will be taking over my position and offered me to move 4 hours away to a different office.
My jobs has been horrible since I started, but planned on sticking it through and was really liking the people I worked with. I do not want to move as I just got established.
I am keeping my options open and now have an interview this week. My boss just emailed me saying that she is going to be at the office the same day I planned on leaving for the interview. I emailed her back saying I had an appointment and would not be able to meet her. She hasn’t replied now.
Do you think they know I’m interviewing? What should I do? I obviously want a job... but unsure if this company is the right fit for me
