Forgot to attend online meeting for work am I screwed?

First time doing this but I work as a Software Engineer and recently had a team meeting that I completely forgot to attend.

Worse yet I have no excuse legit told my boss I forgot. And he was like "How on Earth can you forget a meeting?" And only thing I could say is dunno.

So while he told me to consider this a warning, am I in danger of being fired?
