So I got hired at another electronics company for a customer service position. I have another interview for another position at the company I work for now. Company I work for now, makes schedule every Tuesday/Wednesday. I start my first day at the new job next week 10/5. Interview is tomorrow Tuesday, the day they make the schedule. I'm thinking of taking my PTO for the week of 10/5 while I'm working at the other company and then quitting or reducing my hours at the new company. Is this legal?
