At what point can I say I hold a Bachelor's degree? (Just finished my last class, but will not have a physical diploma for a while)

tl;dr: When applying for jobs, can I say I have a degree (Bachelor of Science) before it's technically awarded?

Hi! I'm applying to a bunch of mental health non-profit jobs (mostly caseworker and similar roles), which all require a Bachelor's in social sciences or related fields. I just finished the last course of my undergrad experience (yay!), and while I haven't gotten my official grade yet, it's mathematically impossible for me not to have passed.

So I know for certain that I've fulfilled my degree requirements (for a Bachelor of Science in Psychology) -- is it legit to say that I have a Bachelor's degree on my resume/in cover letters/etc.? Obviously I don't want to be misleading, but at the same time, the reason that the jobs I'm applying for require either a degree or x years of experience in the field is to ensure that the applicant has the necessary background, knowledge, and skills to do the job well... which I do, because I completed and degree requirements AND have experience.

Any thoughts on not technically having your degree conferred yet, but knowing for a certainty that you will receive it -- and how to best (honestly and without superfluous explanation) communicate that to potential employers?
