Anyone have luck with resume writers/coaches/helpers?

Hello, I’m thinking about looking into hiring one of the mentioned roles to help me out and wondering if anyone has had any luck with one or has seen an increase of interviews.

I know nothing is guaranteed but I’ve been applying to jobs since early March and have reached well over 200+ submitted applications and have gotten a whopping 1 phone interview. I just need to try something, I’ve re worked my resume and cover letter dozens of times and i’m still sitting at 1 interview. I’m at my wits end and just need help.
