Already Done

I just started a new job on Thursday upon moving back to the United States from my husband's military assignment. I already hate it. The onboarding process has been terribly unorganized and weird and nobody can really tell me what my job responsibilities are or who my supervisor is. I made a call to my contact who interviewed me and she told me the HR partner would call me, and she hasn't.

Granted that I started a mere four workdays ago, I want to start looking for another job, but do I include this position on my resume? How do I go about doing this?
