want advice on when to quit

I'm and essential worker at a grocery store and i can not stand my job anymore and want to quit tomorrow (i'm in an at will state). but i'm not sure if it would be a great idea to quit on the spot instead of putting two weeks sense i do not have a different job already set up and i also want to know if i walked tomorrow would i be able to add this job to my resume still? (I've worked there for three months) i am currently applying to different jobs. My current job has given me a brutal schedule with 8 8 hours with only a 1 day break halfway through and i don't exactly care for management
