Quitting my job of 4 years.

I put in my 2 weeks and I told my boss today I cant work those full 2 weeks. I’m working 2 jobs at 60+ hours a week and I’ve held on for as long as my mental and physical health would let me. I told my boss about not finishing my 2 weeks and he says that the company would put me down as non-rehirable cause I’m abandoning my position. Should I take back what I said and just work? That’s 4 years down the drain. I’m so over worked and exhausted that I’m having a hard time performing basic tasks sometimes.
