New job is soul destroying

I feel like I should not complain having a job in this climate.

I am employed casual, just making more than unemployment in my country, not even that some weeks, so it's hardly worth it, except for the resume / progression.

The position is not in my expertise, it is below my pay grade, I am on the phone all shift and hard to meet KPIs. Not quite morally bankrupt but 90% there. I count minutes. I've lasted a month and it's killing me. I am losing my voice. Shift work is hard. Abuse from people on the phone on the regular.

I can't slack off, as we are monitored. I am still searching for jobs, but it took me 12 months to find this 'entry level' job that I'm degree qualified for. I'm so disheartened.

What are my options? Please help.
