Is working for 10 hours and earning rm50 (11.96 usd) unfair?

I have never worked before, mainly bc my parents dont allow it and in my country most jobs dont hire teenagers. I found on a website that a restaurant is hiring anyone from any age to make basic drinks for RM50 a day ( or 11.96 usd / 10 euros ) for 10 hours ( shift starts at 3pm and ends at 1am ). I have no idea about rates and all that and my perception with money is inaccurate according to my friends since i grew up.. in a weird household. So is it unfair or normal to work 10 hours for 11.96 usd ( rm50 )?
