How versed in a role should I be if a job listing says 0-2 years of experience?

So I currently work in cyber security doing some pretty low level tech work. I graduated back in December and I'm new to the company (7 months.)

I've been looking round for a new job that involves more team oriented goals. I applied for a product analyst position and have a phone interview on Thursday (which I'm sure there will be more rounds.)

The listing mentioned 0-2 years of related experience so I figured why not? 0-2 years is basically asking for entry level, right? I wanna make sure.

I like what I've learned so far about the company and would love an opportunity to learn and grow into the position if possible. I'll be doing more research on the company in the next few days.

Has anyone here been successful as jumping into a new job and done well with it?
