Having to come up with 2 interview questions by tomorrow

Today, I was being interviewed for Operations Manager of my company. During the interview I was asked what kind of qualities I would look for in potential new hires... Our industry is kind of crazy with what we deal with (freight being stolen, drivers calling in cussing us out, calling of Hazmat crews/swat teams on potential theft of freight... Literally everything). I gave a few examples but I was asked to bring in tomorrow two interview questions on some of the qualities I mentioned that I would look for in a potential new-hire... They're pretty vague but I would appreciate any ideas (as we have 4 interviews tomorrow and my two questions will be added to the mix)!

Q1: A question about how well someone organizes their workload/prioritizing important things/situations while keeping up with the lesser of two situations (we're dealing with 50+ situations at any given moment).

Q2: A question that would invoke someone to explain how well-tempered they are in stressful situations (as previously stated, some company could potentially be stealing over $80,000 product from us and our job would be to choose our words wisely with this company to ensure our product is delivered & that we minimize the risk of our product).
