Has anyone actually gotten a LinkedIn "You're a Top __% candidate for this job"

Is LinkedIn's algorithm garbage or has anyone actually gotten a job where it said you were a top whatever percent candidate?

I have not even gotten a interview at any position that I've applied were said I was a top candidate.

One main problem is that algorithm is based off of your LinkedIn profile and a lot of the jobs you have to apply on that company's own career site. Do they even look at your LinkedIn profile?
